We have recently re-submitted amended plans for a detached house near Barry, Angus. The original submission was refused due to SEPA's objection that the house would be in a flood plain. So, our amended proposal raises the ground floor but lifting it up on to stilts. In turn, this provides our client with handy storage and a made to measure car port. Our client loves it and so do we.
