We’re delighted to share that planning approval has been granted for our new house design within the garden grounds of a listed dwelling in Dundee’s West End.
The design is carefully threaded between existing mature trees — a constraint that shaped its form, location, and layout.
Given the site’s sensitivity, we’re thrilled (and very surprised) that Dundee Council has supported this ambitious proposal. Proof that — with care, persistence, and design integrity — it can happen.
