We have submitted applications for planning approval and listed building consent to convert a Category B-listed building on Panmure Street in Brechin into apartments.
The building was constructed in 1840 and comprises a number of historic features that are described as “stugged”, “snecked” and “canted”. We intend to retain these features, if for no other reason than to preserve the words for a wee while longer in the English language opus.
